I didn't anticipate enjoying this so much. My first air fryer was a large, pricey standard model, which I found to be cumbersome, difficult to clean, and generally inconvenient. Till I acquired this self cleaning one. It's adorable. I use it practically every day.

Roasted Pears

● 2 units Bartlett or Bosc pears, halved lengthwise and cored
● 2 tbsp honey
● 2 tbsp strawberry jam
● 1/2 unit lemon, freshly squeezed
● 4 oz brie, chopped
● 2 sprigs rosemary
● 3 tbsp walnuts, chopped
● Balsamic vinegar glaze, to taste
● Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

● Preheat Fritaire to 350°F and line the Air stand with parchment paper.
● Cut pears in half, lengthwise
● With a melon baller, remove the core and seeds from each pear, leaving a round well for the filling.
● Drizzle lemon juice over the pears
● Divide strawberry jam and brie among the pears.
● Drizzle with honey
● Bake the roasted pears for 20-25 minutes
● Drizzle the pears with chopped walnuts and balsamic vinegarglaze
● Add salt and pepper and serve hot.

● 4 oz brie, chopped

AVOCADO TOASTS⁠

● 4 medium yukon gold or russet potatoes, shredded⁠
● 1 large egg⁠
● 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded⁠
● 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
● ⁠2 tbsp cornmeal or semolina⁠
● 1/2 tsp garlic powder⁠

Instructions

● Place shredded potatoes in a bowl with cold water and set aside for at least 5 minutes.⁠
● Rinse shredded potatoes until water is clear, then drain and squeeze dry.⁠
● Fry potatoes over medium heat with cooking oil for about 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool for few minutes.⁠
● Place shreds in a bowl and mix in the cheddar cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cornmeal and 1 egg, until combined.⁠
● Divide the hash brown mixture in 4 patties, put in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.⁠
● Spray the patties with extra virgin olive oil and place them on the Air Stand lined with parchment paper. ⁠
● Air fry at 400 F for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown, flipping the patties halfway through cooking.⁠

● 1/2 tsp onion powder⁠
● 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
● A pinch of black pepper
● 2 tbsp cooking oil⁠
● Extra virgin olive oil spray, for cooking ⁠

Pizza rolls ⁠

● 4 large flour tortillas
● ⁠8 slices ham
● 8 slices mozzarella cheese⁠
●4 tbsp parmesan, grated
● 8 tbsp tomato sauce ⁠
● Fresh basil leaves ⁠

Instructions

● Spread tomato sauce over tortillas, then top with ham, mozzarella cheese and parmesan.
● One by one, roll the tortillas up. ⁠
● Cut each tortilla into 3 rolls and place the rolls in a springform pan lined with parchment paper.
●Top with additional mozzarella cheese and bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted
●Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil leaves.⁠
