Fritaire Pork Belly⁠

Recipe: ⁠
1 lb pork belly , cut into 1 inch cubes ⁠
1 lime, juiced ⁠
1/4 tsp dried oregano ⁠
1/2 tsp garlic powder ⁠
salt and pepper to taste ⁠
pickled onion to serve ⁠
lime wedges to serve ⁠
avocado or guacamole to serve⁠

Method: ⁠
Cut the belly into long strips and marinate into lime juice combined with oregano.⁠
Preheat Fritaire to 400 F and transfer the pork belly to the french tumbler.⁠
Air Fry for 45 minutes.⁠
Serve with pickled onion, lime wedges and avocado or guacamole.⁠
