Made in my @Fritaire Self Cleaning Glass Bowl Air Fryer By @recipeswithjasmine
Ingredients:
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
2-3 apples, thinly sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon apricot jam, melted (optional)
powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (190°C).
Cut the puff pastry into squares or rectangles, depending on the size of your air fryer basket.
In a bowl add apple slices, a squeeze of lemon juice and water.
Microwave for 3-4 minutes then drain water. This step is optional but I prefer to let the apples get a bit tender before air frying.
In a bowl, toss the apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Layer the apples onto the center of each puff pastry square.
Place the pastries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Brush the tops of the pastries with apricot jam & dust with powdered sugar.
Serve & Enjoy!
