Airfryer Fried Rice

Fried rice in a glass air fryer? Yup, we went there. 🍚✨

Here’s how to make crispy, cozy, Fritaire-style fried rice:

You’ll need:
– 8 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 small red onion, finely chopped
– 1 small carrot, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup sweet peas
– 1/4 cup sweet corn
– Salt + pepper to taste
– 1 1/2 cups cold, cooked rice (leftovers = besties)
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 scrambled eggs
– Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your Fritaire to 400°F.
2. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
3. Add oil, red onion, carrot, and chicken directly into the Fritaire glass bowl.
4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F).
5. In a bowl, mix peas, corn, rice, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
6. Add the rice mixture into the Fritaire and stir everything together.
7. Air fry for 10 more minutes, stirring halfway through for that ✨even crisp✨.
8. Mix in scrambled eggs. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
