Avocado Brownies

Avocado Brownies

💗 Mother’s Day treat idea? Say less. These Avocado Brownies are rich, fudgy, and secretly healthy — baked in the Fritaire so Mom doesn’t have to lift a finger (or scrub a pan). 🧼🍫

Here’s how to make them:

📝 Ingredients:
🔸 1 ripe avocado (Haas is best!)
🔸 2/3 cup brown sugar
🔸 1 large egg
🔸 1 tsp vanilla extract
🔸 1/2 tsp baking soda
🔸 2/3 cup cocoa powder
🔸 1/4 cup flour
🔸 1/4 cup chocolate chips
🔸 Pinch of salt

👩🍳 Steps:

1. Preheat Fritaire to 320°F and line a 7x5-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. In a food processor, blend avocado, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt. Blend again.
4. Fold in chocolate chips or pulse lightly.
5. Pour into the pan and smooth it out.
6. Air fry for 25–30 mins or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
7. Let cool completely, then slice and serve to the queen of the house 👑

Bonus: Fritaire self-cleans so clean-up is not on the Mother’s Day agenda 😌
