1 large ripe banana, mashed
3/4 cup self rising flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the coating
1 tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Preheat your Fritaire to 350°F.
Mash the banana into a puree, then whisk to remove lumps.
Stir in flour and sugar with a spatula.
Knead dough with greased hands until it has a pizza-like texture (dough should be sticky).
Form dough into golf ball-sized balls.
Place on a parchment-lined air fryer tray, spray with cooking spray, and air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
Melt butter and mix cinnamon, sugar, and cardamom.
Brush each donut hole with butter, then roll in the sugar mixture.
Serve warm and enjoy.
