BANANA DONUT HOLES⁠

1 large ripe banana, mashed ⁠
3/4 cup self rising flour ⁠
2 tbsp brown sugar ⁠
1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁠
cooking spray ⁠

For the coating ⁠
1 tbsp melted butter ⁠
1/3 cup granulated sugar ⁠
1/8 tsp cardamom ⁠
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder ⁠

Preheat your Fritaire to 350°F.⁠
Mash the banana into a puree, then whisk to remove lumps.⁠
Stir in flour and sugar with a spatula.⁠
Knead dough with greased hands until it has a pizza-like texture (dough should be sticky).⁠
Form dough into golf ball-sized balls.⁠
Place on a parchment-lined air fryer tray, spray with cooking spray, and air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.⁠
Melt butter and mix cinnamon, sugar, and cardamom.⁠
Brush each donut hole with butter, then roll in the sugar mixture.⁠
Serve warm and enjoy.⁠
