1 lb chicken wings
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 rsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 tsp fine sea salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Preheat your Fritaire to 400 F.
Thoroughly pat dry the chicken with a paper towel.
Mix the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil mixture. Fill the French Tumbler with the seasoned wings.
Air fry the wings in the French Tumbler for 50 minutes.
Line the Air Stand with parchment paper. Carefully remove the wings from the French Tumbler and transfer them to a large bowl and pour the barbecue sauce over. Toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the wings in a single layer, fleshy-side down and air fry for 15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and starting to char a little.
Serve immediately.
