Ingredients:
▪️ 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded & cut into matchsticks
▪️ 2 tbsp cornstarch
▪️ ½ tsp smoked paprika
▪️ ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
▪️ ¼ tsp ground cumin
▪️ ¼ tsp nutmeg
▪️ ⅛ tsp ginger powder
▪️ 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
▪️ Fresh parsley leaves
▪️ Salt & pepper, to taste
Spicy Maple Mayo:
▪️ ½ cup mayonnaise
▪️ 3 tbsp maple syrup
▪️ 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat Fritaire to 400°F.
2. Pat butternut sticks dry with a clean kitchen towel.
3. Coat evenly with cornstarch.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk spices + olive oil, then toss with squash sticks.
5. Load fries into the French tumbler and air fry 30–35 mins, until golden & crisp.
6. While cooking, mix mayo, maple syrup, and chili powder in a bowl.
7. Serve fries hot with spicy maple mayo & fresh parsley on top.
