Ingredients:ā
āŖļø ½ lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cubedā
āŖļø 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilā
āŖļø Juice of 1 lemonā
āŖļø 3 cloves garlic, mincedā
āŖļø 1 cup orzo pastaā
āŖļø A handful of baby spinach or kaleā
āŖļø 1 ½ cups low sodium chicken brothā
āŖļø ¼ cup milkā
āŖļø ¼ cup grated parmesanā
āŖļø ½ cup shredded cheddar cheeseā
āŖļø Salt and pepper, to tasteā

Instructions:ā
1. To the Fritaire pot, add olive oil, chicken, lemon juice, garlic, orzo, spinach, chicken broth, and milk.ā
2. Air fry at 400°F for 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F and the pasta is al dente.ā
3. Stir in grated parmesan.ā
4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and broil for 2ā5 minutes until golden and bubbly.ā
5. Serve hot and enjoy!ā
