Chicken Hot Pocket ⁠

8 oz ground chicken⁠
1/3 cup grated parmesan ⁠
1/4 cup breadcrumbs⁠
1/2 tsp fine sea salt ⁠
1/8 tsp paprika ⁠
1/8 tsp ground pepper ⁠
1 tbsp tomato sauce or tomato passata⁠
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese ⁠
a handful of baby spinach ⁠
1 egg, beaten⁠

Preheat Fritaire to 350F ⁠
In a bowl mix together ground chicken, salt, paprika, ground pepper, grated parmesan and breadcrus. Mix to combine. ⁠
Flatten the chicken mixture and press it out in a circle on some parchment paper ⁠
Spread the tomato sauce over the chicken mince circle, then add mozzarella cheese and baby spinach. ⁠
Fold the circle in half to close, brush with beaten egg. ⁠
Place the chicken hot pocket into your Fritaire and air fry for 25-30 minutes ⁠
Serve hot and enjoy. ⁠
