8 oz ground chicken
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp tomato sauce or tomato passata
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
a handful of baby spinach
1 egg, beaten
Preheat Fritaire to 350F
In a bowl mix together ground chicken, salt, paprika, ground pepper, grated parmesan and breadcrus. Mix to combine.
Flatten the chicken mixture and press it out in a circle on some parchment paper
Spread the tomato sauce over the chicken mince circle, then add mozzarella cheese and baby spinach.
Fold the circle in half to close, brush with beaten egg.
Place the chicken hot pocket into your Fritaire and air fry for 25-30 minutes
Serve hot and enjoy.
