Recipe:⁠
1 1/4 cups flour 
1/2 cup (room temp) butter⁠
1 pc egg⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
1/4 cup granulated sugar ⁠
3/4 cup brown sugar ⁠
1 tsp baking powder⁠
1/2 cup chocolate chips ⁠
1/4 cup your favourite nuts (chopped)⁠

Method: ⁠
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar and sugar until combined. ⁠
Add the eggs and vanilla, beat until combined and creamy. ⁠
Add the flour and baking soda, beat until combined ⁠
Stir in the chocolate chips and the nuts, divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll them into balls and refrigerate them for at least half an hour. ⁠
Place 4 ballas in your fritaire pan lined with parchment paper ⁠
gently push down to slightly flatten the balls .⁠
Airfy at 320 F for 8 to 10 minutes . Remove from the air fryer and let the cookies rest until completely cooled down . Store the cookied in a airtight container for up to 5 days ⁠

Pro tip: you can store your cookie dough in plastic wrap in your freezer for up to 1 month .
