Serves 4⁠
2 oz rice cakes⁠
2 tbsp cocoa powder⁠
1 tsp cinnamon ⁠
1/3 cup peanut butter ⁠
1/2 cup dark chocolate ⁠
1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey) ⁠
2 tbsp coconut oil ⁠
1 tbsp whole milk (or milk of your choice)⁠

In a double boiler melt combine chocolate and coconut oil. ⁠
Once the chocolate and the coconut oil are melted and incorporated, add the cocoa powder, cinnamon, peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey) and milk.⁠
Mix until smooth and transfer the mixture to a large bowl.⁠
Using your hands crumble the rice cakes into the bowl and coat evenly every rice cake crumble.⁠
Place the rice cake mixture on the Air Stand lined with parchment paper and air fry at 320F for 20-25 minutes, stirring the mixture with a silicone spatula from time to time.⁠
Once the chocolate rice cake cereal is dry and crunchy, let it cool down completely.⁠
Serve with your favorite milk.⁠
