Serves 4
2 oz rice cakes
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp whole milk (or milk of your choice)
In a double boiler melt combine chocolate and coconut oil.
Once the chocolate and the coconut oil are melted and incorporated, add the cocoa powder, cinnamon, peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey) and milk.
Mix until smooth and transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
Using your hands crumble the rice cakes into the bowl and coat evenly every rice cake crumble.
Place the rice cake mixture on the Air Stand lined with parchment paper and air fry at 320F for 20-25 minutes, stirring the mixture with a silicone spatula from time to time.
Once the chocolate rice cake cereal is dry and crunchy, let it cool down completely.
Serve with your favorite milk.
