4 slices white bread, sliced
4 tsps tomato paste
4 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced or cubed
- Spread tomato paste and place mozzarella cheese on 2 slices of white bread
- Using a cookie cutter, cut a star or a christmas tree out of the center of the remaining slices of bread
- Place the remaining bread slices on top of the ones with tomato paste and mozzarella.
- Toast the mini pizzas at 350F for 10 minutes
- Serve hot and enjoy!
