2 gala apples (or Pink Lady or Granny Smith)⁠
Cooking spray ⁠
Lemon juice ⁠
4 tbsp greek yogurk⁠
Handful of granola⁠
Cinnamon ⁠
Maple syrup ⁠


Preheat Fritaire to 350F⁠
Wash and core apples, making sure not to poke holes on the bottom or the sides of the apples.⁠
To prevent browning brush the inside of the apples with lemon juice.⁠
Spray the apples with cooking spray and place them in the air stand lined with parchment paper. A⁠
Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until the apples are tender-crisp.⁠
Let cool down for at least 10 minutes, then scoop the greek yogurt into each apple.⁠
Top with granola and drizzle with cinnamon powder and maple syrup.⁠
