Crispy Cauliflower

We had to try out this trend, and we confess that we are loving it!⁠

Recipe: ⁠
1 pc medium cauliflower head ⁠
1 tsp of smoked paprika⁠
1 tsp of onion powder ⁠
1/2 tsp of garlic powder ⁠
1 egg⁠
1/3 cup of panko breadcrumbs⁠
1/4 cup of grated parmesan ⁠
a pinch salt⁠

Spicy honey sauce:⁠
3 tbsp. of honey⁠
1 tbsp. of chipotle sauce ⁠
1 tsp of garlic powder⁠

Method:⁠
Chop the cauliflower into large florets. Place them in a large bowl with the flour and coat them evenly.⁠
In a bowl beat and egg and place the florets, coat them evenly. ⁠
In a large bowl mix together the panko, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and grated parmesan. ⁠
Place the florets in the dry mixture and coat all of them. ⁠
Spray the cauliflower with some oil and air fry at 400 F for 20 mins or until golden brown.⁠


In a small bowl combine the honey, chipotle sauce and garlic powder and drizzle the mixture over the crispy cauliflower⁠
