Delicious Biscuits

1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, very cold
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk

Preheat your Fritaire to 350F and line the Air Stand with parchment paper.

In a large bowl sift the flour, along with the baking powder, then add the sugar and salt
Add the butter and rub into the flour mixture using your fingertips, until it forms fine breadcrumbs.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the buttermilk.
Using a rubber spatula, stir until a soft dough begins to form. Gently bring the dough together with your hands and form a ball. Resist the temptation to overwork the dough.
Use a round 2.5-inch cookie cutter to cut out four biscuits, place the biscuits on the Air stand and brush the tops with a little melted butter. Use the rest of the dough to form 2 more biscuits.
Air fry at 320F for 25 minutes, flipping the biscuits halfway through, if necessary.
Serve warm and enjoy.
