2 ripe but firm peaches
1 tbsp butter, room temp
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Cooking spray
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp honey
Mint leaves, for garnish
Preheat Fritaire to 350 F and place a sheet of parchment paper on the air stand.
in a small mixing bowl, mix together butter, vanilla, honey, bown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Slice the peaches in half and place them on the air stand, spray with cooking spray and add a pinch of salt.
Air fry for about 10 minutes.
Distrubute the cinnamon sugar butter into each peach cavity and air fry for an additional 5 minutes
let cool for a few minutes, then top with ice cream, honey and mint leaves.
