Fritaire Baked Peaches ⁠

2 ripe but firm peaches ⁠
1 tbsp butter, room temp⁠
1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
1 tbsp brown sugar ⁠
3/4 tsp cinnamon ⁠
Cooking spray⁠
4 scoops vanilla ice cream⁠
1 tbsp honey⁠
Mint leaves, for garnish⁠

Preheat Fritaire to 350 F and place a sheet of parchment paper on the air stand. ⁠
in a small mixing bowl, mix together butter, vanilla, honey, bown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. ⁠
Slice the peaches in half and place them on the air stand, spray with cooking spray and add a pinch of salt. ⁠
Air fry for about 10 minutes. ⁠
Distrubute the cinnamon sugar butter into each peach cavity and air fry for an additional 5 minutes ⁠
let cool for a few minutes, then top with ice cream, honey and mint leaves. ⁠
