Recipe:
1 lb pork belly , cut into 1 inch cubes
1 lime, juiced
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
pickled onion to serve
lime wedges to serve
avocado or guacamole to serve
Method:
Cut the belly into long strips and marinate into lime juice combined with oregano.
Preheat Fritaire to 400 F and transfer the pork belly to the french tumbler.
Air Fry for 45 minutes.
Serve with pickled onion, lime wedges and avocado or guacamole.
