1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat flour (or 1/2 cup rolled oats ground in a food processor)
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup sugarfree peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Preheat Fritaire to 320F.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl add all the wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and stir until the mixture is evenly coated.
Place the granola into the baking pan and press down firmly until thr mixture is completely even and flat.
Bake for 20 minutes, then let the granola cool down completely and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes to let it stiffen up.
Cut the granola into bars and enjoy!
