Hazelnut Banana Puff Pastry ⁠

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed ⁠
3 medium bananas ⁠
6 tbsp hazelnut cream plus more to garnish ⁠
4 strawberries, quartered plus more to garnish ⁠
1 unit egg, beaten ⁠
Powdered sugar to taste ⁠

Preheat Fritaire at 350F and line the Air Stand with parchment paper⁠
Peel your bananas and scoop out the top of each banana.and add some pieces of chocolate.

With a piping bag fill the bananas with hazelnut cream and add the strawberries.⁠
Roll in some puff pastry and brush with egg wash.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puff pastry turns golden brown and fully cooked ⁠
Pipe some hazelnut cream on top of the banana and garnish with fresh strawberries.⁠
