1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
3 medium bananas
6 tbsp hazelnut cream plus more to garnish
4 strawberries, quartered plus more to garnish
1 unit egg, beaten
Powdered sugar to taste
Preheat Fritaire at 350F and line the Air Stand with parchment paper
Peel your bananas and scoop out the top of each banana.and add some pieces of chocolate.
With a piping bag fill the bananas with hazelnut cream and add the strawberries.
Roll in some puff pastry and brush with egg wash.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puff pastry turns golden brown and fully cooked
Pipe some hazelnut cream on top of the banana and garnish with fresh strawberries.
