A perfect recipe to share this 4th of July
5 jalapeño peppers
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup colby jack, shredded
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp paprika
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Ranch dressing for serving
Slice jalapeños in half, remove seeds and veins.
Drizzle with olive oil and coat evenly.
Place on air fryer tray lined with parchment paper.
Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes. Cool.
Mix panko breadcrumbs, paprika, oregano, butter, salt, and pepper.
Combine cream cheese, Colby Jack cheese, garlic powder, red onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Fill jalapeño halves with cheese mixture, then dip in breadcrumb mixture.
Air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with ranch dressing.
