A perfect recipe to share this 4th of ⁠July⁠

5 jalapeño peppers ⁠
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil ⁠
4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature⁠
1 cup colby jack, shredded⁠
1 tsp garlic powder⁠
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped ⁠
1/4 tsp paprika ⁠
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs⁠
1/2 tsp dried oregano ⁠
1 tbsp butter ⁠
Salt and pepper to taste ⁠
Ranch dressing for serving ⁠

Slice jalapeños in half, remove seeds and veins.⁠
Drizzle with olive oil and coat evenly.⁠
Place on air fryer tray lined with parchment paper.⁠
Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes. Cool.⁠
Mix panko breadcrumbs, paprika, oregano, butter, salt, and pepper.⁠
Combine cream cheese, Colby Jack cheese, garlic powder, red onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.⁠
Fill jalapeño halves with cheese mixture, then dip in breadcrumb mixture.⁠
Air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes until golden brown.⁠
Serve warm with ranch dressing.
