RECIPE:
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
5 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp all spice
a pinch of salt
Whipped cream
Caramel sauce
INGREDIENTS:
Preheat Fritaire to 320F
In a medium bowl, beat together all the ingredients.
Divide the mixture into 3 ramekins and bake for 20 minutes.
Cool at room temperature for at least 1/2 hour, then garnish with whipped Cream and caramel sauce.
