One tray gnocchi bake⁠


1 lb shelf stable gnocchi ⁠
1 1/2 cup marinara sauce ⁠
1 tsp garlic powder ⁠
1 tsp dried oregano⁠
1 tbsp extra virign olive oil ⁠
3 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced⁠
1 cup grated parmesan ⁠
Salt and pepper ⁠
Basil leaves ⁠

Preheat your Fritaire to 350F⁠
Using a little bit of olive oil grease a 8-inch baking dish.⁠
In a large bowl mix together gnocchi, marinara sauce, garlic powder, oregano, olive oil, parmesan and a good pinch of salt and pepper.⁠
Transfer the gnocchi mixture to the greased baking dish, and top it with mozzarella slices. ⁠
Air fry for 25 minutes. If it looks dry, add a splash of water and return to the Fritaire for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown on the top.⁠
Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.⁠
