Recipe:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 unit ripe banana, medium
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tbsp sea salt
3/4 tsp ground cinnamos
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cardamom (optional)
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Method:
Spray two ramekins with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
Add the rolled oats, baking powder, banana, milk, honey, peanut butter, salt, cinnamon, vanilla extrtact, cardamom (if using) to a blender. Blend for 30-40 seconds until fully combine. Stir in the chocolate chips. Divide the batter into two 3.5 inch ramequins and top with few raspberries
Air fry at 300 F for 20-25 minutes
if the top of the baked oats is browning too quickly, cover the the ramekins with 2 pieces of aluminum foil.
Let the baked oatmeal cool down for at least 10 minutes.
Optional: Top each baked oatmeaa dollop of whipped cream and enjoy.
