Peanut butter baked oats in you fritaire Airfryer.⁠

Recipe:⁠
1/2 cup rolled oats ⁠
1/2 tsp baking powder ⁠
1 unit ripe banana, medium⁠
1/4 cup milk⁠
1 tbsp honey ⁠
1 tbsp peanut butter⁠
1/4 tbsp sea salt ⁠
3/4 tsp ground cinnamos⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
1/4 tsp ground cardamom (optional)⁠
1 tbsp chocolate chips ⁠

Method:⁠
Spray two ramekins with non stick cooking spray and set aside. ⁠
Add the rolled oats, baking powder, banana, milk, honey, peanut butter, salt, cinnamon, vanilla extrtact, cardamom (if using) to a blender. Blend for 30-40 seconds until fully combine. Stir in the chocolate chips. Divide the batter into two 3.5 inch ramequins and top with few raspberries ⁠
Air fry at 300 F for 20-25 minutes ⁠
if the top of the baked oats is browning too quickly, cover the the ramekins with 2 pieces of aluminum foil. ⁠
Let the baked oatmeal cool down for at least 10 minutes. ⁠
Optional: Top each baked oatmeaa dollop of whipped cream and enjoy. ⁠
