Recipe:
4 units 8 inch Flour tortilla
2 units bananas, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter
4 tbsps toasted peanuts
2 tbsps honey
2 tbsps butter, melted
for garnish vanilla ice cream
Method:
Spread 4 tsp peanut butter over half of each tortilla. Place the sliced bananas on the other half. Sprinkle 1 tbsp chocolate chips and 1 tbsp toasted peanuts on each tortilla. Roll up the tortilla, folding in the ends as you go.
Place the tortilla into the Fritaire basket, brush with melted butter, air fry for 5 minutes at 350F or until golden brown. When golden brown, remove them from the Fritaire basket and serve with ice cream scoops.
