INGREDIENTS: ⁠
1-pound of Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved lengthwise ⁠
3 tsps of extra virgin olive oil ⁠
1/2 tsps of salt ⁠
2 tbsps of balsamic vinegar ⁠
3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced ⁠
Pepper, to taste ⁠
3 tbsps of freshly grated parmesan⁠

RECIPE:⁠
1. Place the Brussels sprouts in hot water for at least 10 minutes. ⁠
2. Meanwhile, preheat your Fritaire Air Fryer to 360F°. ⁠
3. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the water and pat dry completely. ⁠
4. Transfer the Brussel sprouts in a large mixing bowl. ⁠
5. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar. ⁠
6. Toss to coat evenly, so that all the Brussels sprouts are covered in the marinade. ⁠
7. Add the sprouts to the air stand in your Fritaire and cook for 20 minutes. ⁠
8. Add the garlic cloves and toss to coat once more. Continue cooking for a couple of additional minutes. ⁠
9. Transfer them to a platter and add additional salt and pepper. ⁠
10. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and enjoy!⁠
