Rotisserie Chicken⁠

Treat yourself and your family this festive season with this mouthwatering and succulent Chicken Recipe.⁠

3-4 lb whole chicken ⁠
3 tbsp butter, melted ⁠
1/2 tsp smoked paprika ⁠
1/2 tsp garlic powder ⁠
1/2 tsp onion powder ⁠
1/4 tsp chili powder ⁠
1 tbsp dried oregano⁠
1/2 tsp black pepper ⁠
salt and pepper, to taste ⁠
3/4 sprigs fresh rosemary ⁠
3/4 sprigs fresh thyme ⁠

Pat the chicken dry with some paper towels. ⁠
In a small bowl mix, butter spices, dried oregano and salt together ⁠
Brush the spice mixture over the chicken and place the fresh herbs inside the chicken ⁠
Truss the chicken, then force the rotisserie shaft lengthwise through and center. ⁠
Slide forks onto the shafts from either end into chicken, then lock in place with set screws. ⁠
Insert the chicken with the rotisserie shaft into Fritaire and assemble the rotisserie motor ⁠
Start the rotisserie motor and roast the chicken at 350 F for 1 hour or until a termometer reads 165 when inserted into the thigh ⁠
Once your chicken is done, remove from Fritaire and let it rest 10 minutes before cutting. ⁠
