Try out this Rotisserie Pineapple this summer in you Fritaire airfryer.⁠

Glaze:⁠
2 tbsp butter, melted ⁠
1/4 cup sugar ⁠
1/2 tsp cinnamo, ground⁠
1/4 tsp cardamom, ground (optional)⁠
1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁠

Serving: ⁠
1 unit pinapple, small⁠
vanilla ice cream for serving ⁠
sprinkles for garnish⁠

Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple. Cut off one strip of the skin, then work your way all aroun the rest of the pineapple. ⁠


If large eyes are still in your pinapple carve them out, they're not good to eat. Force the rotisserie shaft lengthwise through the pineapple, center and fix it with forks. Place the pineapple into your Fritaire and roast it for 30 mins at 350F ⁠
Combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and brush your pinapple with the mixture. Roast the glazed pinapple for another 10-15 minutes Once the pinapple is caramelized remove from your fritaire using the grabber and let it cool down for at least 15 minutes.


Slice and serve the pineapple with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkles.
