This air-fried peach + burrata dish is a summer showstopper 🍑🧀

Here’s how you can make it in your Fritaire:

1️⃣ Preheat to 400°F
2️⃣ Prep the peaches
– Slice 2 ripe peaches into quarters
– Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil + ¼ tsp salt
– Air fry for 15 mins until tender and caramelized
3️⃣ Make the chili oil
– Heat ¼ cup olive oil on the stove
– Pour over 1 tbsp red pepper flakes in a bowl
– Stir + let it steep
4️⃣ Assemble the dish
– Drizzle 2 tbsp chili oil over the peaches
– Let cool slightly it
– Tear burrata over the top
– Finish with more chili oil + fresh basil
