We ship within the continental United States except Alaska, The US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. However, our products are also available on Amazon Canada and through select retailers in certain European countries. Find your nearest Fritaire store here.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Expect 1-2 business days for processing). We use a variety of standard shipping carriers. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
We use a variety of express shipping carrier that do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO and PO Boxes will be shipped via Smartpost Standard shipping charges.
Fritaire accepts all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
We do not offer Buy Now, Pay Later at this moment.

Yes! We are free of any PFA's, which include both types you are describing.
Yes, it’s recommended to wash or clean any new appliance, including your Fritaire, before first use. This helps remove any dust, packaging residues, or particles from production and shipping, ensuring your food is cooked in a clean and safe appliance.
Fritaire is designed and engineered in Florida and made in China.
Fritaire operates using standard US outlets with 110/115V voltage.

It is called the rotisserie shaft socket which is made of a food grade plastic that is rated to withstand up to 500F. The Fritaire heats to 400F, with the inside portion of the glass hitting a maximum of 350F, giving a healthy distance in temperature variables, meaning the plastic remains stable and no fumes are created.
Fritiare has a powerful self-cleaning feature that utilizes the powerful vortex Fritaire generates while air frying. Fritaire is not designed for the dishwasher so isn’t dishwasher safe

Fritaire is intended for regular household uses, it is not recommended for environments such as commercial kitchens or client intensive businesses such as hotels and bed & breakfasts or similar entities.
Do not place the top burner lid into the dishwasher.
Alway ensure the Fritaire is unplugged before setting up, after using and during cleaning.
Fritaire becomes hot during operation, allow the Fritaire to cool down for approximately 30 minutes before handling and cleaning.
Do not use any extension cord with this Fritaire.
Always use Fritaire on a dry, level, stable horizontal surface that is suitble for heat.
If the power cord or appliance is damaged, stop using the Fritaire immediately and seek advice from the manufacturer.
HOW-TO
Glass Bowl Self - Cleaning (link)
If the food particles stick to the bottom and/or glass bowl’s sides, Fritaire lets you perform a self-cleaning.
Pour approximately 1 to 2 inches of water into the glass bowl.
Add a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.
Place the lid on and plug into the electrical outlet.
Set temperature control to 400 F / 200 C and timer to 10 minutes.
Once the timer goes off, carefully open the lid and wait for the glass bowl to cool down before emptying the liquid inside.
Rinse the glass in clean warm water to remove the soap residue.
Warning: Do not immerse the top burner lid with controls, cord or plug in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not place the glass lid into the dish washer. Once unplugged from the power outlet, the surface of the glass lid can be carefully wiped clean using a damp cloth or sponge. All parts must be dry before next use. When storing your Fritaire always make sure ALL parts are DRY, to avoid any moisture collecting in the lid.

1. Insert the left side of the assembled spit or tumbler into the rotisserie shaft socket.
2. Place the right side into the hanger.
3. Attach the rotisserie motor to the side of glass bowl to operate.
4. To remove the tumbler, turn off the motor and the equipment by pressing the power button.
5. Insert the rotisserie grabber beneath the rotisserie or tumbler shaft.
6. Lift the right side of the rotisserie grabber at a slight angle to clear the bracket.
7. Then shift to the right until the left side of the shaft slides out of the rotisserie shaft socket.

Note: Maximum weight for the rotisserie is 1.5 lbs chicken
1. Force shaft lengthwise through the meat and center.
2. Slide forks onto the shafts from either end into meat, then lock in place with set screws.
3. Follow the indentatiion on the shaft for the set screws.
4. Adjust the screws closer to the middle, if needed, but never outward towards the end.
5. To insert the chicken into the glass bowl, simply insert the left side of the assembled spit into the rotisserie shaft socket.
6. Place thr right side into the hanger.
7. Attach the rotisserie motor to operate.
8. To remove the rotisserie spit, turn off the motor and the equipment by pressing the power button.
9. Insert the rotisserie grabber beneath the rotisserie spit.
10. Lift the right side of the rotisserie grabber at a slight angle to clear the bracket.
11. Then shift to the right until the left side of the shaft slides out of the rotisserie shaft socket.

1. The Fritaire rotisserie motor attaches to the side with the flip down door. Once opened, 3 tabs will be visible; this is where the motor attaches to.
2. Align the open slots on the motor onto the bowls tabs and this should be done at an angle.
3. Once there is close contact, where the entire motor aligns to the bowl, simply twist down/counter clockwise to lock the motor into place.
The rotisserie motor operates on four (4) AAA batteries.
You should place the top burner sideways on the feet in the back.
To get food items in and out of the tray, we recommend using a pair of tongs. When placing food into the tray, you can also use the tongs to carefully position it as well. Tongs provide a convenient and safe way to handle your food while using Fritaire.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND
All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your original order number in order to place a return. Reach out to support@thefutureproducts.com to receive a prepaid return label. We will process the refund once we have your unit back to our warehouse. Refunds can only go back onto original form of payment.
If you purchase a Fritaire, from Fritaire.com, you may return the Product within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase from Fritaire and receive a full refund. Please click on the customer support link to receive a return label via email: support@thefutureproducts.com

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. If you need to cancel, please review our policy below:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
- While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellation approval is not guaranteed.
- If our third-party fulfillment partner has not yet released your order to UPS within the 24-hour window, we can cancel and issue a full refund.
- However, if the order has already been released to UPS, we are unable to cancel it.
