⭐ 1 lb chicken wings⁠
⭐ 1½ tsp baking powder⁠
⭐ 1½ tsp garlic powder⁠
⭐ ½ tsp onion powder⁠
⭐ 1 tsp smoked paprika⁠
⭐ Ÿ tsp ground black pepper⁠
⭐ ⅓ tsp fine sea salt⁠
⭐ 4 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)⁠
⭐ 2 cloves garlic, minced⁠
⭐ 1-inch fresh ginger, minced⁠
⭐ 2 tbsp honey⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp rice vinegar⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp soy sauce⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp gochujang⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds⁠

RECIPE⁠
1. Preheat your Fritaire to 400°F.⁠
2. Pat the wings completely dry. (Crisp starts here.)⁠
3. Mix baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and 2 tbsp oil.⁠
4. Toss wings in the mixture until evenly coated.⁠
5. Fill the French Tumbler with the wings and air fry for 50 minutes.⁠
6. To make the sauce, in a skillet, heat remaining oil. Add garlic and ginger; sautÊ until softened.⁠
7. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and gochujang. Simmer until thickened.⁠
8. Add rice vinegar and a splash of water if needed.⁠
9. Line the Air Stand with parchment.⁠
10. Remove wings, toss in sauce until fully coated.⁠
11. Arrange in a single layer, fleshy-side down.⁠
12. Air fry 15 more minutes, until caramelized and lightly charred.⁠

Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.⁠
