INGREDIENTSâ
â 1 lb chicken wingsâ
â 1½ tsp baking powderâ
â 1½ tsp garlic powderâ
â ½ tsp onion powderâ
â 1 tsp smoked paprikaâ
â Âź tsp ground black pepperâ

tsp fine sea saltâ
â 4 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)â
â 2 cloves garlic, mincedâ
â 1-inch fresh ginger, mincedâ
â 2 tbsp honeyâ
â 1 tbsp rice vinegarâ
â 1 tbsp soy sauceâ
â 1 tbsp gochujangâ
â 1 tbsp toasted sesame seedsâ

RECIPEâ
1. Preheat your Fritaire to 400°F.â
2. Pat the wings completely dry. (Crisp starts here.)â
3. Mix baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and 2 tbsp oil.â
4. Toss wings in the mixture until evenly coated.â
5. Fill the French Tumbler with the wings and air fry for 50 minutes.â
6. To make the sauce, in a skillet, heat remaining oil. Add garlic and ginger; sautĂŠ until softened.â
7. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and gochujang. Simmer until thickened.â
8. Add rice vinegar and a splash of water if needed.â
9. Line the Air Stand with parchment.â
10. Remove wings, toss in sauce until fully coated.â
11. Arrange in a single layer, fleshy-side down.â
12. Air fry 15 more minutes, until caramelized and lightly charred.â

Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.â
