INGREDIENTS⁠
⭐ 3–4 lb whole chicken⁠
⭐ 3 tbsp butter, melted⁠
⭐ ½ tsp smoked paprika⁠
⭐ ½ tsp garlic powder⁠
⭐ ½ tsp onion powder⁠
⭐ ¼ tsp chili powder⁠
⭐ 1 tbsp dried oregano⁠
⭐ ½ tsp black pepper⁠
⭐ Salt & pepper, to taste⁠
⭐ 3–4 sprigs fresh rosemary⁠
⭐ 3–4 sprigs fresh thyme⁠

RECIPE⁠
1️⃣ Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.⁠
2️⃣ Mix melted butter, spices, oregano, salt, and pepper.⁠
3️⃣ Brush evenly over the chicken.⁠
4️⃣ Stuff rosemary and thyme into the cavity.⁠
5️⃣ Truss and secure onto the rotisserie shaft.⁠
6️⃣ Insert into Fritaire and attach the rotisserie motor.⁠
7️⃣ Roast at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour, until internal temp reaches 165°F.⁠
8️⃣ Rest for 10 minutes, then carve and serve.⁠
