𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
▪️ 1 ripe banana
▪️ ½ cup unsweetened peanut butter
▪️ ¼ cup brown sugar
▪️ ⅓ cup granulated sugar
▪️ 1 egg (room temp)
▪️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ 1⅓ cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
▪️ ½ tsp baking soda
▪️ ½ tsp baking powder
▪️ Pinch of salt
▪️ ¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat Fritaire to 320°F. Line the Air stand with parchment paper.
2. Mix peanut butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
3. Mash banana and combine with wet mix.
4. Fold in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
5. Add chocolate chips and fold again.
6. Scoop onto tray and bake for 10–12 minutes in batches.
