Chicken thighs
Baby potatoes (halved)
Olive oil
Seasoning: sea salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme, & parsley

Coat chicken thighs in olive oil and a generous amount of seasonings listed above. Add to your air fryer skin side down along with potatoes tossed in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook at 380 degrees for 15 mins. Flip chicken thighs and toss potatoes and cook for an additional 12 mins or until fully cooked and crispy.
