𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
▪️ 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
▪️ 1 1/4 tbsp baking powder
▪️ 1/4 tsp salt
▪️ 1/4 cup unsalted butter, very cold
▪️ 2 tsp granulated sugar
▪️ 1/2 cup buttermilk

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Preheat your Fritaire to 350°F and line the Air Stand with parchment.
2. Sift flour and baking powder, then mix in sugar and salt.
3. Add cold butter and rub into the flour until it forms fine crumbs.
4. Make a well and pour in buttermilk. Mix gently until a soft dough forms.
5. Form a ball, roll lightly, and cut out four biscuits using a 2.5-inch cutter. Reform dough to make two more.
6. Brush the tops with melted butter and air fry at 320°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway if needed.
7. Serve warm and enjoy.
