▪️ 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁠
▪️ Salt & pepper, to taste⁠
▪️ ⅓ cup grated parmesan⁠
▪️ Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish⁠

Instructions:⁠
1. Preheat your Fritaire to 380°F.⁠
2. Wash and dry the potatoes.⁠
