Ingredients:
▪️ 4 cups cubed sourdough bread
▪️ Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
▪️ ⅓ cup butter
▪️ 1 small onion, chopped
▪️ ½ cup celery, chopped
▪️ 1 tsp dried sage
▪️ 1 tsp dried thyme
▪️ ½ tsp oregano
▪️ ½ cup vegetable broth
▪️ 1 large egg, beaten
▪️ Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your Fritaire Air Fryer to 350°F.
2. Place bread cubes on the air stand and drizzle with olive oil. Air fry for 10 minutes until dry and crispy.
3. In a pan, melt butter and cook onion and celery over medium heat for 10 minutes or until tender.
4. Add broth and herbs; cook for 2 minutes.
5. Pour the broth mixture over the bread cubes and toss until evenly coated.
6. Add the beaten egg and mix again.
7. Grease a baking dish with olive oil, transfer the mixture, and cover with foil.
8. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, then uncover and cook another 10 minutes until golden brown.
