BAKED TORTILLA APPLE PIE⁠

▪️ 2 tsp lemon juice⁠
▪️ 1½ tbsp unsalted butter⁠
▪️ 1½ tbsp brown sugar⁠
▪️ 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠
▪️ ½ tsp cinnamon powder⁠
▪️ ¼ tsp ground nutmeg⁠
▪️ ½ tsp vanilla extract⁠
▪️ Pinch of salt⁠
▪️ 1 tbsp cornstarch⁠
▪️ 3 tbsp water⁠
▪️ 4 small flour tortillas⁠

Instructions:⁠
1. Preheat Fritaire to 400°F.⁠
2. Peel and slice the apple, then place in a bowl with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, and salt. Toss gently and let sit for 15 minutes.⁠
3. Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat, then add the apple mixture. Simmer until apples soften (add a bit of water if too dry).⁠
4. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the pan until the mixture thickens.⁠
5. Spoon apple filling onto each tortilla.⁠
6. Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined tray.⁠
