CRISPY TACO CONES
(The easiest crowd-pleaser 🌮🔥)
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
▪️ 3 XL flour tortillas, halved
▪️ Cooking spray
▪️ 1 tbsp olive oil
▪️ ½ small yellow onion, chopped
▪️ 1 garlic clove, minced
▪️ ½ tsp oregano
▪️ 1 tsp cumin
▪️ 1 tsp paprika
▪️ Pinch of cayenne
▪️ ½ lb ground beef
▪️ 2 tbsp tomato paste
▪️ ¼ cup water
▪️ ½ tsp salt
Toppings:
▪️ Shredded cheddar
▪️ Chopped tomato
▪️ Red onion
▪️ Sour cream
▪️ Cilantro leaves
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Preheat Fritaire to 400°F.
2. Roll tortilla halves into cones. Secure with toothpicks + foil to keep shape.
3. Spray with cooking spray and air fry for 10 mins until golden. Set aside.
4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion until soft.
5. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
6. Stir in beef, cook until browned.
7. Add spices, then tomato paste + water. Simmer until juicy but not watery.
8. Fill cones with beef and top with cheese, tomato, onion, sour cream, and cilantro.
