▪️ 3 XL flour tortillas, halved⁠
▪️ Cooking spray⁠
▪️ 1 tbsp olive oil⁠
▪️ ½ small yellow onion, chopped⁠
▪️ 1 garlic clove, minced⁠
▪️ ½ tsp oregano⁠
▪️ 1 tsp cumin⁠
▪️ 1 tsp paprika⁠
▪️ Pinch of cayenne⁠
▪️ ½ lb ground beef⁠
▪️ 2 tbsp tomato paste⁠
▪️ ¼ cup water⁠
▪️ ½ tsp salt⁠

Toppings:⁠
▪️ Shredded cheddar⁠
▪️ Chopped tomato⁠
▪️ Red onion⁠
▪️ Sour cream⁠
▪️ Cilantro leaves⁠

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:⁠
1. Preheat Fritaire to 400°F.⁠
2. Roll tortilla halves into cones. Secure with toothpicks + foil to keep shape.⁠
3. Spray with cooking spray and air fry for 10 mins until golden. Set aside.⁠
4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion until soft.⁠
5. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.⁠
6. Stir in beef, cook until browned.⁠
7. Add spices, then tomato paste + water. Simmer until juicy but not watery.⁠
8. Fill cones with beef and top with cheese, tomato, onion, sour cream, and cilantro.⁠
