1 cup all porpuse flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1 egg, beaten, for the egg wash
Toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds.

Method:
Preheat Fritaire to 320 F. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt, Whisk everything together until well combined. Add the yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until well combined. Continue kneading with your hand until the dough feels smooth, adding a little extra flour to you hands if the dough is sticky. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls, poke a hole in the center of each ball then stretch it slightly. Place the bagels on the air stand lined with parchment paper, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with seasoning of your choice. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
