Stuffed Chicken Breast (Self-Cleaning Feature)

 

AIR FRYER STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST⁠
(A juicy, cheesy dinner you’ll want on repeat 🧀✨)⁠

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:⁠
▪️ 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts⁠
▪️ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁠
▪️ ½ tsp paprika⁠
▪️ ¼ tsp garlic powder⁠
▪️ ½ tsp dried thyme⁠
▪️ Salt + pepper to taste⁠

For the filling:⁠
▪️ 2 oz cream cheese, softened⁠
▪️ ¼ cup grated parmesan⁠
▪️ 1 clove garlic, minced⁠
▪️ ¾ cup fresh spinach, chopped⁠
▪️ ¼ cup shredded mozzarella⁠
▪️ Salt + pepper to taste⁠

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:⁠

1. Preheat Fritaire to 360°F.⁠
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Set aside.⁠
3. In a medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients until well-mixed.⁠
4. Carefully slice chicken breasts horizontally (don’t cut all the way through).⁠
5. Stuff each breast with the filling and secure with toothpicks.⁠
6. Rub spice-oil mixture over the outside of the chicken.⁠
7. Air fry for 20–22 mins until internal temp reaches 165°F.⁠
8. Let rest a few minutes, remove toothpicks, and serve warm.⁠
