Super Bowl Loaded Baked Potatoes

Easy game-day food that actually fills people up. Crispy skins, fluffy centers, loaded with bacon and cheese all made in Fritaire so you’re not stuck in the kitchen at kickoff.

INGREDIENTS
▪️ 2 large russet potatoes
▪️ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
▪️ 4 slices bacon
▪️ 2 tbsp butter
▪️ 1 tsp garlic powder
▪️ 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
▪️ 4 tsp sour cream
▪️ 1 tsp chives
▪️ salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
▪️ Preheat Fritaire to 400F
▪️ Wash potatoes and brush with olive oil. Bake for 40 minutes or until tender
▪️ While potatoes are baking, grill bacon for 3–4 minutes or until crisp
▪️Chop bacon and set aside
▪️Cut potatoes lengthwise and scoop out the center into a bowl
▪️Add butter, garlic powder, chives, half the bacon, and cheddar. Season with salt and pepper and mix well
▪️Stuff potatoes with the filling and sprinkle with cheddar
▪️Return to Fritaire until cheese is melted
▪️ Top with sour cream, chives, and remaining bacon
